How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across Pakistan. Express delivery arrives in 2–3 business days in major cities. Remote areas may add 1–2 extra days.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No advance payment required.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track it here using your order number.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number and the new address. Once shipped, the address can't be changed — you'd need to refuse delivery and reorder.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Refuse the parcel at delivery if the packaging is clearly damaged, or contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send photos and your order number — we'll arrange a free return and replacement.
Is my order insured?
Yes — every order shipped through Leuzon is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit. If anything goes wrong, we cover the full cost.
Do you deliver to remote areas?
We deliver to 300+ cities and towns across Pakistan. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days and may require you to pick up from the nearest courier branch. You'll be notified during checkout if your pin code qualifies.
Can I return my order after delivery?
Yes — we have a 7-day return policy for eligible products. Contact us within 7 days, we'll arrange pickup, and refund once the item is back with the seller. See our return policy for details.
